Tech Stack
Comprehensive toolkit for modern operations. Comfortable with established platforms and emerging technologies.
How I pick the tools I work in
Most operations consultants pick a side. They are an Asana shop or a Monday shop. They love HubSpot or they hate it. They have a Zapier preset for every problem or they refuse to touch no-code at all.
I run a different playbook. Tools are not religious commitments. They are operating choices that have to match the people doing the work, the budget that pays for them, and the data they need to move between systems. Pick the wrong tool and the whole stack groans. Pick the right one and the team forgets the tool was ever a decision.
Every category below has platforms I have set up, debugged, integrated, or migrated off of in real client work. I have run Asana and ClickUp side by side and pulled the same team off both for Notion. I have written Zapier flows with 40 steps and replaced them with one custom webhook because the math finally worked. I have set up GoHighLevel for clients who needed all-in-one and HubSpot for clients who needed real CRM depth.
My job is not to sell you the platform with the best logo. It is to tell you which one will work for your business in 6 months, and which one is going to make you wish you had picked differently. That is the whole pitch.

Beyond the Tools
This list represents capability, not limitation.
If your business uses a specific platform, I'll learn it. If your workflow requires custom solutions, I'll build them. Technical fluency means adapting to your ecosystem, not forcing you into mine.
What matters is solving the problem, not defending a tech stack.
