What to expect on our first call

This is a 30-minute conversation, not a pitch. I'll ask about your business, what you're trying to fix, what you've already tried, and what's getting in the way. You'll get my honest take on whether what you need is something I can help with, something a different specialist can help with faster, or something you can DIY.

Who books these calls?

Mostly small business owners who run their company themselves and want a second pair of eyes on something specific: a tangled website, an AI experiment that didn't land, an ops process that keeps breaking, a marketing setup that feels like duct tape.

What if I don't know exactly what I need?

That's the most common starting point. Bring the symptom and we'll work backwards. If you can't tell whether your problem is a website problem or an ops problem or a strategy problem, we'll figure that out together on the call.

Do you sell something at the end?

Only if it makes sense. Most calls end with one of three outcomes: I quote you for a piece of work, I point you somewhere else, or you walk away with a free fix you can implement on Monday. No multi-step funnel, no email sequences, no nurture campaign.
