How working with us actually goes

Step 1: Audit (1 to 2 weeks)

We look at what you have, talk to the people doing the work, and document the actual state of your business. No assumptions, no off-the-shelf templates. The audit deliverable is a written report you can use even if we never work together again.

Step 2: Build (2 to 8 weeks depending on scope)

We build the thing: a website, an AI integration, an operations system, an onboarding flow. You see weekly progress. We test in your real environment, not a sandbox. You sign off on each milestone before we move to the next.

Step 3: Hand off (1 week)

We don't disappear and we don't try to lock you into a retainer. We document everything, train your team, and hand you the keys. If you want ongoing help, we offer it. If you don't, you have everything you need to run it yourself.

Why don't you do long retainers?

Because most retainer relationships exist to keep agencies paid, not to keep clients winning. We'd rather build something that works and move on. If you come back next year for a new project, that's a real choice — not a default subscription you forgot to cancel.
